Our towels smelled like smoked ham and the air conditioner made us feel sick. It was hard to decide between being really sweaty at night and feeling like our throats were inhaling bad air. It’s an old air conditioning system the least they could do is change the filter. But yeah maybe the smoked ham smelling towels was worse for my wife who just needed to feel clean after traveling so much.

The staff was very cheerful , friendly and professional. Very cool air conditioner and very good refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet even though we are on a busy street. The water was nice and hot.

Only two towels and no wash cloths. The towels were not very absorbent. Poor water pressure in shower. The website indicated that this was a three star hotel and it appeared to be no better than any standard road side motel in the US. Everything was clean, but shabby.

Great price for the facilities and location. Very kind staff. Clean and spacious room with sunlight.

There was no notice that the guest has to make a deposit in cash. Communication via Booking was a bit slow. Location: the hotel is in the very center of difficult to across the street around.

Over all. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel is well kept and comfortable.

As the room was clean and comfortable, it was still lacking. It has a fridge, kettle, sink, countertop and microwave, but no dishes or utensils. Just 2 cups and free coffee and tea. Some of the fixtures were in need of maintenance. So for the money I was a little disappointed.

The reviews spoke of a fantastic breakfast. According to staff, there was a fabulous buffet pre COVID. Now guests get a disappointing plated breakfast.The neighborhood was iffy.

Good location near shopping and eating areas. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean.

The room was old and needed a spruce up. Calling it an Executive Suite was a stretch.

The staff are welcoming and warm. It’s also cheap when it comes to price.

The room is poorly maintained. Rust is everywhere. Their TV is not functioning well. Their customer service and room service is crappy. There’s a lot more to complain but to summarize, almost everything.

I feel the breakfast buffet was a little expensive but food and bread was great... also the tge hotel is starting to show its age.. but will recommend to my friend.. hotel is centrally located ., co that's a nice point

The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant and at the door as well was very nice.

We stayed 2 nights. The first one was walk in and the second one I did it through booking (because it was cheaper). They make us change room just for that night... There was noise in the streets very early in the mornings that you could hear in your room when you were trying to sleep The location is ok but is not at the center of the city. Although you have restaurants 5’ walk

The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean. Whenever am in Cebu, I'd stay at this hotel eventhough they are other newer hotels.

poor and late setup at breakfast, when breakfast is from 6.00am it should be ready to serve waiting guests. Not the situation where the staff start to set up for breakfast and finish 45 plus minutes later. Overall reasonable value for money.

There is room service. We also asked for early check in as we checked out of our previous at 12 and their check in wasn't until 2pm. We liked that they could arrange it for us. They have a restaurant on site as well as currency conversion. Also a laundry service (see below for -) staff are lovely and security and doorman are fast to provide service and help. Room was comfortable. King sized bed was relaxing.

We got the the front desk and I screenshotted the booking website with the price for the total nights which was not the same as what I paid for at the desk. Bear in mind the price shown on the booking website excludes all other fees so come prepared with more cash if you're paying cash. We decided to use their in laundry service but wasn't aware of the incredibly high price you pay until the next day when they dropped it off. I understand it is business and you need to make money elsewhere for the hotel but we got 12 items washed for over 2000 php. If I was aware of the price beforehand I would have taken it down the block at the nearest laundry mat which we probably could have only paid maximum 500 pesos for. Also they washed the brand new bag all the clothes were carried in and charged us for it (unnecessary, especially because we didn't ask for them to do so) first out of the 4th laundry service we've used that's just ripped us off. More expensive than what we pay for a laundry service in NZ. Also the photos of the building looks newer but I noticed that it looks a bit different in person. Photos can be deceiving. If Buffet breakfast if not included in the hotel booking, it is not worth it @ 350 pesos each. Food is ok. Last but not least, aircon was quite noisy but we got use to it not the first hotel with a noisy aircon.

The price was acceptable, but when reserved the room I thought that I could get a more comfortable and clean room.

Dirty bedsheets, towels, and old-style bathroom.

The room was comfy and clean. It had a mini bar with some snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. It came in handy after a long flight. I didn't mind the hotel but the location didn't seem safe to me.

The location wasn't very good. There are no pavements on the streets and the traffic is hectic. I didn't feel safe walking around the city by myself.

The bed is very confortable and AC is super cool which is I very muck like. I like this hotel because they have huge refrigerator and they have microwave.

There are small ants in our room, toiletries arent complete (cotton buds,cottons, extra toothpaste and toothbrush since we are two who checked in the hotel)

Very well priced...and clean

The AC was super old and the area is a bit sketchy...the furniture is outdated...also the check out takes a lot.of time..they always go to your room and check if anything is missing

Frontdesk is not so friendly the woman their not even smiling.we feel that we are not welcome in the place! No utensils to use! The first day we check in the toilet only have 1 toothbrush and small left over toilet paper And the Bed is Too hard.
